Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily operational tasks which include update all incoming payment & outgoing payment transaction
- Support AR, AP and account clerical duties
- Handling accounting data entry and day to day operation of accounting function;
- Responsible for daily administration duties for the Company to ensure efficient and smooth running of daily operation
- Provide administrative field support to Account Managers, source for products, prepare quotation, follow up with customers, process purchase orders, arrange billing and delivery
- Incorporate with sales team in developing, building pipeline, and closing deals
- To conduct outbound email and calls to existing and potential leads and forward prospects with interest in company’s products to the sales team
- Ensure the smooth running of sales process
- Act as the primary internal point of contact for customers in the absence of managers
- Handle day-to-day sales operational tasks
- To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Business Administration or equivalent
- Organized, strong communication and excellent time management skills
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and detailed oriented
- Able to work extra hours, independently, full responsibility and with minimum supervision
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- 6 months contract
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
