Responsibilities:
- Provide accounting support for the Group
- Organize and update company accounts and administrative related records and documentation
- Managing the flow of petty cash by recording all monetary transactions.
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
- Provide administrative support to other departments under the group
- Assist in other ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Working days: Wednesday - Sunday (9.30am - 6.30pm)
- Diligent, detail-oriented, independent
- Willing to learn and accept new challenges
- Work location: Midvalley, KL
