JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Handle full set of account and administrative.
2. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
3. Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock movement, including stock in/out and valuation.
4. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
5. Monitor cash flow, forecast budgets, and provide financial insights for decision-making.
6. Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions.
7. Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants for tax audit preparation.
8. Prepare and file necessary tax documents, ensuring compliance with local tax laws.
9. Assist with inventory audits and stock reconciliations.
10. Implement and maintain accounting systems or software for streamlined reporting.
11. Maintain confidentiality of financial data and sensitive business information.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 1-2 years working experience in accounting and administrative tasks.
- Good computer skills and Microsoft Office (MS Word & Excel).
- Knowledge about using accounting software (Autocount)
- Required Language: English, Malay or Mandarin (preferred).
- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in stock and financial management.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and taxation processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or others).
- Experience with inventory management systems is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
