Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Handle daily accounting entries, invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Assist in monthly closing, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Maintain proper filing of finance documents and records.
Administrative Support
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and billing documents.
- Assist with payroll preparation, staff claims, and petty cash handling.
- Support auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Office Coordination
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and banks on finance-related matters.
- Support general office administration tasks (filing, documentation, data entry).
- Provide administrative assistance to the management team when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
