Job Role:
● Implement all policies and procedures as required by the Quality Management System.
● Monitor work progress for each project managed by the respective Manager - Project or Manager - Construction.
● Monitor and check all correspondence of individual contracts and respond to correspondences.
● Verify monthly progress reports prepared by the Manager - Project and Engineer - Project.
● Attend monthly consultant / client or site progress meetings and chair sub-contractors bi-weekly meetings.
● Ensure all materials requested by Manager - Project or Engineer - Project are delivered to site timely.
● Review and study the construction drawings and advise Manager - Project on the method of construction cost and time effectiveness.
● Ensure all progress claims are submitted and paid by the client timely.
● Liaise with supervisor and design consultants at consultants Head Office.
● Assist and participate in all new tender submissions and technical proposals.
● Report on progress and project problems directly to the Executive Director (Construction) Plan, organize, implement and monitor projects and daily operations to ensure its completion within the time budget and quality.
● Attend to all technical matters at site by developing solutions to problems with application of engineering concepts, practices and techniques.
Requirements:
● Degree in Civil Engineering.
● More than 10 years related working experience.
● Experience in engineering design construction, supervision and project management related activities
● Technical skills/Certifications Requirements: engineering design construction, supervision and project management, Degree in Civil Engineering

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
