Salary: MYR 2,500 - MYR 3,500 base + commission

Core Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification (fresh graduates welcome)
- Experience managing KOLs/influencers preferred
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (written/spoken)
- Strong negotiation and client relations skills
- Understanding of social media and digital marketing
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management:
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns for YouTube creators
- Manage KOL schedules, contracts, and budgets
- Boost audience engagement across social platforms
Business Development:
- Secure brand partnerships and sponsorships
- Negotiate deals with potential clients
- Identify new revenue opportunities
Media Monitoring:
- Track online trends and public sentiment
- Adjust PR strategies accordingly
- Protect and enhance creator reputations
