1) Assist monitoring Building and M & E System:
- To assist Charge man on monitoring operation of building and M & E System.
- To do a replacement and repairing of M & E system with others Maintenance Staff.
- To carried out routine work and scheduled M & E inspection and check list, in order to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and yearly objectives of the maintenance and preventive programs.
2) Assist Chargeman:
- Main Task & Responsible was in Three Phase Electrical System under Chargeman supervision and authorization.
- To be Proxy if Chargeman not on duty or outstation.
- As a Team Leader for any work assigned by Chargeman.
- To assist Chargeman for maintenance and service of electrical equipment.
3) Trouble Shooting:
- To do a trouble shooting together with others Maintenance Staff.
4) Assist Supplier/Contractor:
- To assist supplier/contractor carried out their work according to our requisition and their Agreement.
5) Maintenance Support:
- To be a maintenance support if there any request by others FMD base for their additional Project, New Opening SC/Store/Factory, AEON Member Day or others AEON event.
- To assist maintenance work when necessary as such as :
a) Air Conditioning System
b) Plumbing System
c) Fire Protection Syste
d) LPG System
e) Water Supply System
- f) Lift & Escalator System
