TECHNICAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (ECOLAB)
12-month contract (renewable)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and service support to district accounts.
- Identify and resolve customer issues, escalate when necessary.
- Perform chemistry tests, log and report data accurately.
- Maintain product inventories and ensure chemical feed/process equipment is in working condition.
- Support Sales Reps with start-ups of new applications for new and existing accounts.
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours (rotational shifts):
a. 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
b. 5:30 PM – 1:30 AM
c. 1:30 AM – 8:30 AM
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic: RM2,000
- Transport Allowance: RM350
- Mobile Allowance: RM80
- RM400 shift allowance (for those working on shifts)
Requirement
- SPM or Diploma in Chemical Engineering or equivalent with 2 years of successful technical service or field sales support experience.
- Experience in water treatment – cooling tower, chiller, and boiler are preferred.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Willing to travel and assist in the maintenance and recovery of faulty equipment.
