Key Responsibilities
- Receiving & Checking Goods
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods.
- Verify quantity and quality against delivery orders/invoices.
- Report discrepancies or damages to the supervisor.
- Stock Handling & Storage
- Arrange and store goods in the designated areas systematically.
- Label, sort, and maintain proper stock organization.
- Assist in regular stock checks and cycle counts.
- Picking & Packing
- Pick items accurately according to order lists.
- Pack and label parcels properly for shipment.
- Ensure goods are handled with care to avoid damage.
- Dispatch & Delivery Support
- Prepare goods for outgoing delivery.
- Assist in loading/unloading goods into vehicles.
- Coordinate with delivery personnel or couriers.
- Warehouse Maintenance
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow safety guidelines when handling goods, tools, or equipment.
- Dispose of packaging waste properly.
- Documentation & System Updates
- Assist in updating stock records (manual or digital system).
- Prepare simple documentation such as goods received notes or delivery lists.
- Support inventory tracking and reporting.
- Ad-hoc Duties
- Assist supervisor/management in other tasks as required.
- Provide support during peak seasons or stock take.
✅ Requirements / Skills
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Physically fit to handle manual work (lifting, moving goods).
- Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory system) preferred.
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work as a team.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
