We are looking for a creative and strategic Visual Merchandiser to join our team at the HQ, Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will plan and create visual displays across multiple retail locations, ensuring they align with brand identity and boost sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising plans for all locations, aligning with seasonal campaigns and product launches.
- Design product displays and store layouts to enhance customer experience and maximize product visibility.
- Maintain brand consistency in displays across all stores while adapting to specific location needs.
- Guide and train retail teams to ensure effective execution of visual merchandising standards in all locations.
- Monitor sales and feedback to adjust visual strategies and optimize product presentation.
- Work closely with marketing, buying, and retail teams to align visuals with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising, with multi-location or HQ-based planning.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)
- Excellent creativity, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel to retail locations as needed.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
