Job Responsibilities
1. Prepare and manage submissions of various government documents; oversee the entire application process.
2. Responsible for handling and managing office supplies, including stationery and related items — overseeing procurement, distribution to staff, stock control, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
3. Arrange employee business travel, including accommodation, meals, and transportation; support business receptions and coordinate meeting and event venues.
4. Oversee recruitment and general management of local staff.
5. Liaise with freight forwarders and customs to ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance; monitor shipment status and resolve any customs clearance issues.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative roles, with familiarity in government applications and customs processes.
- Age: 24 to 35 years old.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Languages: Fluent in Mandarin, Malay, and English; capable of conducting business negotiations in all three languages.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
