- Produce costing for customize tours
- Coordinating with suppliers for booking and reservations including hotels, transport, restaurants and etc.
- Manage travel arrangements for clients, handle operational tasks before the tour or event such as technical program, rooming list, menus, marketing items, deal with suppliers
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering exceptional customer service throughout the tour arrangements
- Require a person with experience in managing the European market
