The Transport Officer shall be responsible for but not limited to:
- Planning delivery by organizing truck loads, routing schedules and driver availability as per customer requirements.
- Attending and handling customer enquiries, including new order requests, status updates on existing orders and complaints.
- Update the delivery status in real time basis within the required time frame.
- Working directly with drivers to report and respond quickly to consumer concerns about collection and delivery.
- Cooperate closely with the Maintenance Department to ensure that all trucks and trailers are in safe functioning order.
- Work closely with Operation Admin team to ensure that all trucks and trailers on the road are compliant with the government rules and regulations.
- Utilising the GPS Tracking System to monitor and supervise the driver’s delivery status to ensure timely collection and delivery.
- Supervise, manage and strengthen driver’s discipline in handling trucks, and to ensure drivers are following the operation team's instructions.
- Any others duties which may be assigned by the Company from time to time.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
