Key Responsibilities:

Support trading activities for precious metals including gold, silver, and PGMs.
Evaluate purchasing decisions with a focus on profitability.
Review trade-related documents such as Certificates of Analysis (COAs) to ensure compliance before sending to customers.
Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
Work with suppliers to ensure payments are made on time.
Maintain and update customer records and assist with managing customer relationships.
Assist in preparing reports on activities, customer acquisition, profitability targets, and trading performance.
Utilize trading platforms to support hedging activities and manage basic price risk.
Reconcile trading positions and prepare end-of-day reports for the finance team.
Ensure accurate execution and pricing of internal and external trades including spot and forward transactions.
Maintain and organize order books and ensure effective communication with the trading and management teams.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or a related field.
Proficient in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse clients and stakeholders.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Willing to travel for client meetings and industry events when required.
