Job Description
- Daily data entry for cost and price changes, product maintenance and ensuring accuracy in all entries
- Updating predefined product claims on a monthly, weekly or daily basis
- Supporting the team in item creation (PLU numbers) and collaborating with buyers to ensure timely and accurate data downloads and maintenance.
- Identifying and correcting data entry errors to maintain database integrity
- Managing ad hoc daily tasks, including cost price changes, data maintenance, and uploading predefined reports as required
- Generate sales commentary report and make sure buyer completed data entry
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business Admin or relevant experience
- Experience in administrative role or stock control roles is often preferred
- Skilled in ERP software (e.g Oracle, SAP or any relevant system)
- Proficiency with office application like Excel, Word, Office and etc
- High accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Organized, dependable, with strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Proactively ensure timely deliveries and resolve discrepancies efficiently
