Job Description
Main responsibilities:
Contract management:
- Daily trade confirmation monitoring & reconciliation (completeness/coherence check)
- Daily contract document reception / issuing monitoring & signature follow-up
- Daily price fixation input in the Front system and price fixation note management
- Regular contract finalization in the Front system
Invoicing & Cash management:
- Daily Goods invoice issuing
- Daily Secondary cost invoice booking
- Daily payment request issuing
- Daily cash collection monitoring (ensure timely payment reception, monitor unmatched invoices, report cash received) and data update in the Front system
Stock data management:
- Stock insurance declaration (declaration of stocks)
- Daily / Weekly warehouse report upload in Front system
- Stock reconciliation against warehouse receipts
- Stock declaration to insurance
Client service management:
- Administrative counterparty request management (payment status, contract & invoice documents, account statement reconciliation)
Education: Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply chain or related field
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply chain, or Other within an international trading environment, expertise, technical
Knowledge /Technical & Functional skills:
- Excel proficiency and ability to adapt to new IT systems (prerequisite)
- English fluent (prerequisite)
Soft skills:
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and to take initiatives
- Very good attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player
