Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Guide customers through the Bio Energy Capsule Therapy process.
- Operate and monitor the Bio Energy Capsule Therapy equipment.
- Ensure customer comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout the therapy session.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the therapy room and equipment.
- Assist with scheduling, appointment management, and customer inquiries.
- Support daily operations of the wellness centre as required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in hospitality, spa, wellness, or customer service preferred.
- Friendly, polite, and well-groomed with strong communication skills.
- Passionate about customer service and wellness.
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills are an added advantage.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays if required.
