Job Descriptions:
- Involve in the preparation of the tenancy offer letter.
- Prepare and finalize the tenancy agreement in accordance with company guidelines.
- Facilitate the execution of the tenancy agreement by delivering it to relevant parties for signature.
- Ensure proper submission of the tenancy agreement for official stamping and registration.
- To check & follow up on the completion of documentation submitted by Complex Executive for credit control.
- To key in the payment transfer into system after approval obtained from the respective approver.
- Scan & email the payment documents to Finance for next level approval in the system.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in tenancy administration or retail leasing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
- Basic knowledge of tenancy agreements and leasing procedure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Attention to detail, to ensure high level of accuracy in preparing documents and handling tenancy-related tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
