Requirements
- SPM and above (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Fluent and confident in communicating in English
- Confidence in doing outbound call
- Excellence skills in convincing and persuading customers
Responsibility
- Performing outbound calls, email and WhatsApp
- Managing fiber, postpaid, port-in and back-end related to Telco
- Explaining current active or new campaign/plan
- Convincing the benefits and details to the customer
- Persuading the customer to upgrade/change their current plan

- Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday - if required only)
