Job Title: Spray Technician
We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Spray Technician to be responsible for both operational spray work and technical support within the spray department. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the spray painting industry and will take part in on-the-job training (OJT) while also supporting maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform spray painting tasks as part of daily operations
- Maintain and calibrate spray equipment and related hardware
- Set up and adjust spray line parameters as required
- Carry out routine maintenance activities related to the spray system
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to non-conformance (NC) in spray processes
- Support the spray department with technical knowledge and hands-on experience
- Assist in training and knowledge sharing within the team during OJT
- Ensure safety standards and operational procedures are followed at all times
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
