Job Title: Technician (Building Maintenance)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Technician (Building Maintenance) to oversee the daily maintenance and repair operations. Also, we are looking for candidate who is available to start immediately.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and repair activities of the office premises.
- Monitor cleaner's work to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of all common areas, meeting rooms, and workspaces.
- Take responsibility for the care and maintenance of company assets (such as company car, lift, cabinets and etc).
- Develop and implement asset tracking systems to monitor usage, repairs, and replacements.
- Manage and replenish office supplies, ensuring availability for all employees.
- Help to setup office equipment or support HR & Admin Team in designated office premises.
- Other duties and assignments to be assigned by the Management as and when necessary.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of general electrical, carpentry repairing.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to supervise and monitor workers.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
