Position: IT Recruiter
Employment Type: 12-month renewable contract based on performance
Location: TRX, Kuala Lumpur
Working Arrangement: Onsite, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
Working Hours in MY time: 9AM - 6PM
About the Role
We are hiring an IT Recruiter for a top global software company to manage end-to-end technical recruitment and partner closely with hiring managers. This role requires at least 3 years of IT recruitment experience, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract top IT talent.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through active sourcing, networking, and community engagement.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and compliance with company policies.
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen market presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
- Minimum 3 years of end-to-end IT recruitment experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage candidate and hiring manager expectations effectively.

Pay: RM4,700.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
