- Become a Backup Live Host when needed, ensure all live sessions run smoothly and meet client requirements.
- Arrange schedules and coordinate with all full-time and part-time live hosts.
- Provide training to junior and part-time live hosts during onboarding or whenever improvement is needed.
- Take initiative to identify, rectify issues, and solve problems.
- Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams based on industry developments and platform changes.
- Document every task to ensure information is shared across the team and everyone is well informed.
- Ensure every sample list is accurate and reflects the latest samples available in the studio.
- Maintain the live room’s appearance.
- Monthly monitor and validate livestream data, compile live host hours and sessions, calculate and verify their commissions or invoices.
Cross-department/External Coordination:
- Work closely with Key Account teams on livestream scheduling and mechanics, planning at least one month in advance.
- Provide analysis and reporting on livestream sessions, offer input and suggestions, and ensure necessary changes are implemented.
- Schedule requests for new samples from clients and coordinate the return of old samples to clients or the warehouse.
- Submit the livestream schedule to the TikTok Account Manager monthly.
Requirements:
- Experience in retail, sales, or e-commerce is preferred
- Confident, presentable, and comfortable speaking on camera
- Creative mindset and ability to adapt to different brand tones
- Able to work rotational shifts
- Must have own transport
- Team player who’s proactive and responsible
