Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness of offices and meeting rooms, including floors, desks, shelves, glass doors, interior windows, and surfaces of office equipment.
- Empty all wastepaper bins and shredder trays, and dispose of their contents in designated areas.
- Ensure that furniture in offices, meeting rooms, and the reception area is consistently arranged as required.
- Assist with meeting room setup, including preparing cups, glasses, plates, and providing beverages.
- Prepare and serve beverages as needed. Collect and wash used cutlery, utensils, and tableware, and maintain overall cleanliness of the pantry.
- Ensure that beverage supplies are always adequately stocked.
Requirements:
- Prior working experience is not required
- Must be able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work in Sungai Besi
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
