Responsibilities:
- Be involved in and execute the daily outlet operations.
- Adhere, implement and comply with the requirement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and quality management strategies.
- To work hand-in-hand with Branch Managers or person(s) assigned by the company to achieve the objectives and targets set for sales, profit and control of operating expenses.
- Master product knowledge of all SKU.
- To provide excellent, efficient and consistent level of service to customers.
- Drive initiatives to maintain, develop and enhance the outlet's image and branding in terms of customer service, quality of food and beverage, and dining atmosphere.
- Ensure the general upkeep of the stations and the maintenance of its accessory equipment during assigned shift.
- Ensure the outlet always meet hygiene standards and is ready for service.
- Maintain high personal appearance/grooming, hygiene standards, tidiness and cleanliness in the outlet.
- Maintain good communication & working relationships with colleagues for achieving teamwork.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by person(s) nominated by The Company
Requirements:
- At least 18 years and above.
- Possess minimum SPM & above qualification.
- Candidate with F&B / Culinary Arts / Hospitality Management and/or relevant qualification is an added advantage.
- Able to work 6 full working days (shift hours)
- Have passion in the bakery / F&B retail industry.
