Job Responsibilities
- Providing technical support and after-sales services to customers by answering questions and resolving their problems.
- Ensuring that products and services meet customer standard and requirements.
- Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross functional teams. Such as sales, marketing and production.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in after-sales services management.
- Implement and maintaining an after-sales service database that tracks customer interactions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Certificate/ Diploma/Degree of Mechanical Engineering / Quality Assurance and its related field.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experiences in after-sales service or relevant to work experience.
- Basic knowledge of QA activities and quality system (ISO 9001:2015).
- Basic QC 7 tool knowledge.
- Certified as Internal Auditor of ISO 9001:2015 is an added advantage.
- Experienced in automotive industry is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
