Responsibilities:
- Receive, store and issuing stocks, tools, equipment or other goods and maintain relevant records.
- Inspect incoming goods against purchase order, delivery order or other documents and note on the damages or deficiencies.
- Ensure stock card is updated daily. Physical amount of stock item(s) must match stock card.
- Ensure accurate details of goods received in stock card and store ledgers.
- Ensures that goods are placed in correct position in store, marking them with identifying data as required.
- Issues stock and make requisitions for replacements according to instructions and SOP.
- Perform monthly stock take and periodically checks stock against stock records and submit reports.
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work long hour and public holiday if required
- Able to work under minimal supervision
- Good attitude and communication skills when working with other department
- Hardworking, responsible and good discipline
