JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Unloading goods from trucks
- Handle all necessary paperwork upon receiving
- Maintaining records of orders, delivery details, etc.
- Inspecting deliveries to match physical stock vs PO and Invoice
- Inspecting goods, record shortages/extra supply/wrong supply
- Report damages or shortages to the appropriate person
- Manage and return wrong items
- Contact supplier if a mistake is identified
- Organizing and storing received items in appropriate areas.
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Maintains a clean and neat area
- Provides additional backup support when needed
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Candidate must possesses at least SPM
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Experience in Retail industry will be an advantage
- Positive attitude willing to learn
- Required skill (s): Teamwork, Multitasking, Interpersonal skill
