We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Steward Supervisor to lead and manage our stewarding team, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth operations in our kitchen and back-of-house areas.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise stewarding team in daily cleaning duties of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards as per SOP and health regulations
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and stewarding equipment
- Coordinate with Kitchen and F&B departments for smooth operations
- Train and guide stewarding team to ensure high performance and teamwork
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good understanding of kitchen operations and hygiene standards
- Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Physically fit and able to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
