- Familiar with quality control and hygiene processes related to food handling.
- Good teamwork player and customer service.
- Responsible for the proper cleaning, washing and sanitizing of all kitchen equipment's.
Operational
1. Responsible for the day to day washing and polishing of all catering equipment's.
2. Make sure that all prescribed procedures are followed when cleaning and maintaining the utensils.
3. Able to operate the dish washing machine in the absence of the chief steward.
4. Ensure the cleanliness of the washing area.
5. Assist in the upkeep of all equipment storage area.
6. Follow the schedule and given adequate notice in case unforeseen circumstances prevent the schedule from falling through.
7. To be clean, neat, efficient, punctual, well-groomed and always wear the prescribed uniform.
8. Undertake any additional duties delegated by his supervisor or any other person designated by the Management.
Employees
1. Report to work on time, immaculately dressed and groomed, setting an example for all designated employees.
2. Consult on a daily basis the Employee Notice Board for information.
3. Treat all employees in a courteous and professional manner.
4. Implement all Operating Standard in compliance with directions given and to strive for the quality objectives.
General
1. Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
2. Maintain confidentiality when dealing with clients and other company employees.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
