This role is ideal for fresh nursing graduates who are passionate about renal care and eager to grow in a specialized clinical environment. The nurse will assist in providing safe, high-quality dialysis treatment under supervision and as per hospital protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
- Set up, operate, and disinfect dialysis machines and related equipment under guidance.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and document treatment information accurately.
- Respond to patient needs and alert senior staff in case of adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families on dialysis care and post-treatment guidelines.
- Maintain infection control and hygiene standards in the dialysis unit.
- Collaborate with senior nurses, physicians, and technicians to ensure optimal care.
- Participate in continuous learning and development programs in dialysis care.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Nursing or Medical Assistant.
Must be a Registered LJM Nurse with a valid Annual Practice Certificate.
