Reporting to a sales support manager, you will research sales contracts, make price quotations, and maintain process integrity for a variety of administrative tasks. This role plays a critical role in supporting the sales organization by ensuring operational excellence across revenue recognition, pipeline hygiene, billing, and forecasting processes. This role acts as a bridge between sales, finance, and operations teams, proactively identifying and resolving issues that impact revenue accuracy and sales efficiency. The specialist will manage data integrity, support dispute resolution, and drive process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and billing compliance. A key focus will be on enabling sales teams to focus on selling by removing operational roadblocks and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
