Solar Site Supervisor

Job Description

To assess hazards, determine risks, conduct regular inspections, monitor day to day site project progress and maintain a safety programme
To troubleshoot, repair and maintain customers solar system
To give training and general management of all employees on the project
To do inspection on quality of works compliance to all standard and inspection procedure
To monitor performance of sub-contractors and staff, ensuring quality of work meet the requirement.
To accomplishing project by defining the scope and resources required
To allocate resources, materials, sub-contractors and other staff
To maintaining a safe, secure and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety codes
To conduct testing and commissioning according to project specifications
To assist project team in project development and execution
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Senior Project Manager
To perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.

Job Function

Supervise company projects by monitoring sites and ensuring all work meets required quality standards.

Job Requirements

Must have PW1 / 2 / 3 / 4 (either one) & Electrical background.
Candidate must posses at least Post Graduate Diploma, or any relevant field
Willing to learn
Good communication, problem-solving skills required
Car Driving License required
Outstation required
Preferred short notice period
Able to work on heights
Experience in the solar industry will be an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
