Our Company: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team.
Our first restaurant, Cor Blimey, opened in Subang Jaya in 2016 and we have since expanded to three (3) restaurants. We have exciting plans to grow further in Klang Valley and build our brand reputations. We are looking for someone with passion to grow, great teamwork and readiness to join our team.
The Role:
Reporting to the Marketing and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for assisting Marketing and Sales Manager for social media and marketing related work which not limited to design works, social media and loyalty club management for both brands. As part of your role as assistant to the Marketing and Sales Manager, you will have to overseeing digital ads i.e Fb Ads, Google AdWords etc.
Responsibilities include:
1. Graphic Design
· To create and ensure cohesive brand identity is implemented across all channels i.e Social Media, Menu, collaterals, website etc.
· To conduct photoshoot concepts, briefs, direction and collecting materials for social media purposes.
· To liaise and provide design assistance for other departments.
· Update and maintain website and social media platforms, ensuring content is current, relevant and impactful
2. Social Media, Marketing & Branding
· To plan and schedule Social Media posting.
· To create content writing and engagement activities on our digital platforms.
· Provide reporting for digital campaigns, customer bookings and brand engagement on a monthly basis
· To develop new ideas for brand activation projects that create authentic audience engagement across multiple channels and brand touch-points.
· To assist Marketing and Sales Manager in creating digital strategy and ideas.
· To plan and monitor digital campaign works throughout.
· To build measurable engagement with customers, loyalty club members and social media fans, through effective communications in-store, online and via Loyalty Club database communications.
· Meeting set KPIs on a monthly basis
3. Online Sales Generation and Supporter Development
· To plan and execute effective online sales strategies to attract new customers and convert fans into patrons
· To grow outlet sales through using effective marketing communications, digital campaigns, supporter contact strategies, social media content and advertising
· To build loyalty club membership, cultivate stewardship and increase member spend.
· To re-engage inactive loyalty club members with our brands
· Meeting set KPIs on a monthly basis
Applicants must have:
· Willingness to learn
· Can work independently
· Graphic design skills
· Experienced in branding or marketing area
· Copy-writing skills that can complement your design work
· Digital Marketing and Sales knowledge
· Must own a transport in case required to visit outlets
· Added advantage if knowledgeable in Social Media Marketing / SEO / Google Ad words
· Capable of executing design projects independently.
· Ability to prioritise and work under pressure and in a fast-paced and changing environment
· Strong collaborative and communication skills.
· Passionate about food and restaurants and a keen interest in the food scene is desirable
· Have excellent copy writing skills and a good eye for design.
· A confident communicator with excellent written skills.
· Proactive with a can do attitude with the ability to multi task.
· A team player who is able to build relationships with the restaurant teams.
· Well versed in social and digital tech including Twitter/Facebook/YouTube/Instagram Analytics and dashboards.
Schedule:
· Monday to Friday
· 2 Saturdays a month
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
