- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
- Organize toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
- Prepare and submit safety reports and documentation (e.g. DOSH reports, incident reports).
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies on safety matters.
- Investigate and report any incidents or near-misses, and follow up with corrective actions.
- Ensure all workers comply with PPE and safety standards.
- Valid Yellow Book / Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) certification (CIDB or equivalent).
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role in construction or engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of local safety laws and OSHA regulations.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
