a. To greet customers.
b. To identify customers’ needs and provide solutions according to customers’ needs.
c. Walk through showroom with customers.
d. To recommend product selection and provide lighting proposal to customer / site visit (if necessary).
e. To provide quality customer service / after-sales service.
f. To achieve daily sales target which given by management.
g. To provide and maintain sales professional quality such as communication skills, presentation skills and closing sale skills.
h. To attend product trainings given by the Sales Manager or Principles.
i. To issue Sales Return Note, Internal Transfer Note, Service Note and etc. (when needed).
j. To update daily Sales Order & delivery order.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
