Job Summary:
The Shop Assistant supports the sales team by engaging with customers in the cabinetry showroom, providing product knowledge, assisting with inquiries, and facilitating the sales process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and basic knowledge of cabinetry products and design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers visiting the cabinetry showroom.
- Provide detailed information about cabinetry products, materials, finishes, and customization options.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product features and explain benefits effectively.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, as needed.
