RESPONSIBILITITES:
1. Assist in the handling and processing of shipping documentations.
2. Communicate well with internal departments, freight forwarders and carriers.
3. To arrange transport, shipping coordination and delivery arrangement.
4. Familiar with export FTA COOs and LMW documentation is an added advantage.
5. Execute any other ad-hoc duties or assignments as and when assigned by the Head of Department.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Good communication and inter-personal skills.
2. Able to work with minimum supervision.
3. Able to multi-tasks and work prioritize work.
4. Meticulous, accurate in documentation preparation and checking skills for documentations and electronic file.
5. Good knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.
6. Candidate must possess at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma (minimum).
7. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Malay language.
8. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
