Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide quality products to our customers by ensuring each delivered product meets the Emart24 standards and accurately reflects the customer’s order.
- Execute administrative and cash management duties.
- Ensure team members’ complete understanding of all aspects of the Learning Journey.
- Provide feedback and follow-up to confirm understanding of Emart24 Standards and Procedures.
- Monitor’s performance of new team members and consistently provide feedback to the management team to assist in their learning journey.
- Effectively and consistently utilize all company communications channels, ie., email, operations bulletin, logbook to keep team members updated on all matters.
Requirements:
- Must have 1-2 years of working experience in retail/F&B line.
- Good communication skills and willing to learn attitude.
- Creative and resourceful.
