Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily team tasks and ensure smooth sales operations.
- Supervise food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene standards (HACCP compliance).
- Train and coach new and existing staff to uphold service and brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Manage inventory: receive, inspect, store goods (FIFO), and place orders.
- Operate POS system and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
- Promote brand image and ensure workplace safety and cleanliness.
- Take action on non-performance and enforce company policies.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
