- This position is to maintain the safety and security of hotel guests, colleagues and their properties
- Effectively communicate upward, downward and laterally
- Perform daily administration of hotel’s key control programme
- Effectively enforce hotel’s rule and regulations
- Perform tasks and duties as assigned by the Director of Health, Safety & Security/ Assistant Security Manager and respond to directions given by any EXCO or Duty Manager
- Commitment to the standards of the IMS system in Occupational Health & Safety, Food Safety and Environmental protection
- Ensure effective implementation of the IMS policy and procedures
- Ensure continuous training and awareness of the IMS system
- Ensure OTPs are monitored and acted upon
- Identify areas of improvement through CPAR or suggestions
- Ensure operational compliance to legal regulations and other requirements
- Identification of new activities that are in relation to EASI and HIRADC
