Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that Security policy, procedures, guidelines, rules and regulations are adhered to by everyone concerned within the hospital premises and the surrounding.
- Liaise with Security Supervisor or HOD regarding any incident that are reported.
- Update control reports and incident reports e.g. theft, missing items or RSH properties.
- Compiling and updating the various Log Book, incident report and other document required during tour of duty.
- To proper handling and taking over duties by ensure all the relevant log books and documents are completed correctly and signed off on shift changeover.
- Make police report for cases which are necessary for police investigation or action and report the incident to management.
- Patrol, investigate and take appropriate action necessary for people safety and properties of the hospital.
- Make routine round before, during and after visiting hours and advise visitors to adhere the visiting hours.
- Ensure all vehicle and visitor are safe and secured at all time.
- Deal with any client's enquiries or complaints in accordance of the RSH policy.
Job Requirements:
- SPM
- Prefer with experience in related position.
- Prefer with army or police experience.
- Basic communication skill and customer service skill.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
