- To protect personnel, property, premises and proprietary information against fire, accident, theft, damage, trespassing and vandalism.
- Permit only authorized persons to enter the premises and maintain proper control of visitors and contractors especially after normal working hours.
- Respond to all emergencies, record all unusual incidences in log book and promptly notify the relevant authorized personnel.
- Ensure all safety and security regulations.
- Be thoroughly familiar with the premises and all vital facilities.
- Know locations and operations of all internal fire alarm system, inclusive of fire fighting procedures.
- Report all building hazards and malfunctions to the relevant authorised personnel.
- Protect all facilities within as well as supervise building access and facility inspection tours.
- Ensure proper monitoring of persons entering or leaving the buildings and to screen out unauthorised or undesirable elements.
- Carry out or perform such other security measure or actions as may introduced from time to time by the Management.
- Responsible for the security and safety of the township.
