Responsibilities:
- Acquire fundamental knowledge of common pests and pest control methods.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets established by management.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Deliver tailored pest control solutions and product information to clients.
- Follow up with clients on sales progress and provide exceptional after-sales support.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Preferably candidates with experience in sales and marketing.
- Previous experience in the pest control industry is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment with a focus on results.
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Valid driving license (Category D) is required.
- Must have own transport.
- Proficient in computer applications. (word, excel)
