Job Responsibilities :
1. Identify and engage with potential customers.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
4. Manage and update online sales platforms, ensuring accurate product information, availability, and promotions.
5. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
6. Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
7. Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management on sales performance.
8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
9. Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and inventory management.
Job Requirements :
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any related course.
-Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field.
-Computer literate in Microsoft Excel and Word.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Able to start immediately.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
