We're seeking a Sales Consultant with a strong passion for sales, business management and a commitment to achieving outstanding results together.
Here are the responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, lead generation, and market research.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including proposal development and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Collaborate with consulting teams to understand service offerings and tailor solutions to client needs.
- Track sales performance, maintain CRM data, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Desired skill and requirements:
- Candidate must possess Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in consulting, marketing, professional services, or B2B environments.
- Prior experience in fundamental of business knowledge, sales, business, marketing and entrepreneurship.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and best practices.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skill.
- Great negotiation skills and problem-solving skills.
- The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
