In this role, you will play a vital part in driving sales and implementing marketing strategies to elevate GProp Systems’ presence in the property management software industry.
Responsibilities
- Excel in sales and marketing: Promote and sell the company’s innovative property management solutions.
- Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Sales administration: Handle all sales and marketing-related administrative tasks efficiently.
- Promotional activities: Assist in organizing events and campaigns to enhance market exposure and brand image, both online and offline.
- Sales reporting: Track and generate reports on sales performance metrics.
- Team collaboration: Contribute to collaborative efforts to improve processes and achieve team goals.
- Ad-hoc tasks: Support management in executing ad-hoc assignments when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: STPM/Pre-U/Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay (Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage).
- Willingness to travel for outstation work (accommodation and transportation allowance provided).
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and customer-oriented personality.
