Job Description:
- Responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company’s business plan
- Able to develop and implement sales and marketing strategy for the assigned company’s brand to meet sales objective.
- Possess leadership, oversea, lead and drive the sales team to achieve sales target and aggressively market the company’s product.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director to identify, plan, and implement a sustainable business strategy, developing action plans to achieve sales growth and profitability.
- Work closely with top-level officers in government departments and to cultivate and build strong business relationships.
- Able to lead the team and increase the performance of personnel and sales.
- Managing people in order to ensure strategies are executed properly.
- Identify key decision makers for each market and manage relationships for commercial opportunities.
- Expands business by building relationships and identifying new business potential.
- Making presentations to clients to explain our value proposition, services and technology solutions.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the medical industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Good understanding and general knowledge of healthcare at both national and local level in terms of structures and procedures.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
