Responsibility:
- Evaluating marketing campaigns and monitoring competitor activity.
- Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand.
- Identify potential opportunities in customers
- Accomplishes sales and marketing objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and trade promotion programs by complying with developing field sales action plans.
- Responsible for tasks such as managing sales and marketing strategy.
- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs and consistently anticipating new business purchase opportunities by strategic products.
- To guide team to achieve personal/group/company target
- To train and guide team members
Requirement:
- Minimum 5-8 years in sales & marketing with experience in Labels & Stickers printing industry.
- Able to speak in Malay, English and/or Mandarin.
- Computer literate : MS Words, MS Excel skills are required.
- Excellent selling and networking capability
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Posses own transport, willing to travel.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM8,000.00 per month
