Key Tasks
Assist the sales team and director with end customer daily sales acƟvity.
Primarily supports the sales team by handling administraƟve tasks, managing customer orders,
and providing customer service.
AƩend to sales review, follow up Supply & Service Contract and sales development opportuniƟes
/ monitoring of acƟons.
DemonstraƟng the product and value proposiƟon.
First line pre/post-sales support for new sales opportuniƟes and assist in new sales lead.
ProducƟon of quotes and proposals.
Assist with the producƟon of markeƟng materials and literature, such as web content,
brochures, blog posts and press releases if any.
Write and proofread markeƟng copy.
Upload material to the website, social media pages, online sales portal(s).
AssisƟng other areas of the business such as pre-sales or aƩend to walk-in customers.
Prepare Schedule for daily service job.
Prepare Service Delivery Order (SDO), Demo InstallaƟon Form, Sales Order (Proforma Invoice).
Ensure customer availability for services and manage site visit appointment.
Prepare, call, follow up and monitor on aging accounts receivables for payment or clearance,
sales support tools, customer’s promoƟon compliance and on product availability.
UpdaƟng the Company CRM with all acƟviƟes.
Key skills
Strong verbal and wriƩen interpersonal skills to communicate with clients.
Ability to learn and understand about soŌware, specifically in the business intelligence, print and
process management markets.
Able to build relaƟonships with a wide variety of people.
CommunicaƟon, organizaƟonal, and Ɵme management skills.
AdministraƟve experience.
Personable manner, team-player and adaptability are all important.
Excellent wriƩen and oral skills: you will be called upon to write online content, so you will need
strong copywriƟng skills. You will also have to regularly deal with clients and suppliers, face to
face or on the phone.
AƩenƟon to detail – required for proof-reading posts, news releases, website content and
emails
IT skills: You will need proficiency in MS Office packages include power point and, ideally, in
graphic tools such as Adobe, Publisher and video ediƟng soŌware.
OrganizaƟonal skills: you will be working on mulƟple projects, and need to meet deadlines and
maintain a high level of accuracy.
Willingness to learn new sales techniques and creaƟve markeƟng skills.
